FRANCS DE PIED GRAND CHAPITRE 2026 : NOVEMBER 10th IN MONACO
Events
On 10 November 2026, the Association of Francs de Pied will host its annual Grand Chapter at the iconic Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, in the heart of the Principality, in partnership with the Société des Bains de Mer Monte-Carlo, as was the case for the 2024 edition.
This new edition will take place in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, Honorary President of the Association of Francs de Pied, once again highlighting the strong commitment of the Principality of Monaco to the preservation, transmission and international recognition of the living viticultural heritage embodied by ungrafted vines.
A 2026 edition dedicated to excellence and transmission
The 2026 Grand Chapter will showcase a renewed selection of outstanding wines produced from ungrafted vines, presented directly by the winemakers themselves, who will share their expertise, their history and their vision.
Through rare tastings and privileged exchanges, the event will celebrate authenticity, the diversity of terroirs and the uncompromising standards that define the DNA of Francs de Pied.
Looking back at the 2025 Grand Chapter at Chambord
This new edition follows in the footsteps of the 2025 Grand Chapter, held at the Château de Chambord, which marked a major milestone for the Association.
Bringing together winemakers, scientists, collectors and committed personalities, the event highlighted the cultural, historical and scientific challenges surrounding ungrafted vines, while reaffirming their essential role in understanding the history of grape varieties and global viticulture.
The discussions, conferences and tastings confirmed the international momentum of Francs de Pied and strengthened the Association’s mission: to unite, transmit and protect a unique viticultural heritage.
Setting course for Monaco 2026
Building on this momentum, the Association of Francs de Pied now opens a new chapter in Monaco, with renewed ambition: to offer an exceptional gathering at the crossroads of tradition, science and oenological excellence, within an emblematic setting.
The 2026 Grand Chapter of Francs de Pied promises to be a key moment for the international Francs de Pied community, bringing together enlightened enthusiasts, professionals and institutions around a shared vision: to preserve, celebrate and promote the living heritage of ungrafted vines.
