This year, the annual Francs de Pied Grand Chapitre will be held on Wednesday, November 12, in the majestic setting of the Château de Chambord, France in the presence of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco. This exceptional dinner will feature some of the finest Francs de Pied wines, renowned for their rarity and exceptional taste, presented by the winemakers themselves.
Le menu will be imagined and composed by the talented two Michelin starred Chef Christophe Hay.
On
Wednesday, November 12, at 3 p.m., a lecture will be held at the
Château by José Vouillamoz, co-director of the Francs de Pied Scientific
Committee.
The event is open to
Benefactor Members of the Francs de Pied: Heritage Association.
The funds raised at this dinner will help finance the Association's
activities, including the registration of the methods linked to the
culture of ungrafted vines as a UNESCO World Heritage,
as well as the management of the international Francs de Pied brand.
